Student support
Scholarships, fellowships, experiential learning, and research support help exceptional students from every background thrive at UChicago—and shape the future beyond it.
Opening doors and minds
The University of Chicago attracts students whose curiosity, ambition, and perspectives strengthen the life of the mind across the institution. Philanthropic partnership helps ensure that these students—undergraduate, graduate, and professional—can fully engage in the opportunities that define a UChicago education: rigorous inquiry, transformative mentorship, groundbreaking research, and experiential learning that extends beyond the classroom.
From scholarships in the College to doctoral fellowships, public-interest pathways, research funding, and innovative graduate programs across the University, investment in students sustains the intellectual community at the heart of UChicago.
